Hi! I'm Christine, a 22 year old psychology student and health nut. I am currently working on getting certified as a personal trainer and studying basic nutrition. I love running, yoga, tofu, teas of all kinds, and generally being active. One day I hope to be an expert in the field of fitness and nutrition but until then I'll just catalog all of the useful information I learn on this little blog.
