All users must read and agree to the Terms of Service before ordering any type of hosting.

• Kiwifusion will not tolerate any kind of stolen or inappropriate material hosted on our servers. This includes but is not limited to: graphics, coding, other intellectual property, pornographic materials, hacking codes, torrents, phishing software, etc. Any material of this sort found on a hostee’s website will result in a warning and if no action is taken, automatic deletion.
• If your account is deleted for misuse, kiwifusion is not responsible for recovering your lost materials and it is suggested that monthly backups be done to ensure no important information is lost.
• All hostees ordering a paid domain hosting package must pay the generated invoice before an account can be made. Currently we only accept paypal payments. All yearly payments must also be made or your domain may not be registered on time and will be deleted.
• UNMETERED does not mean unlimited, however you will have more than enough space as long as you are not utilizing more than your fair share of the server. Because all accounts are hosted on a shared server all hostees must be aware of their monthly usage and ensure that space/memory-saving techniques are used when possible.
